Hannah Munro graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) degree in 2005. Her interest in hand therapy began during her studies when she discovered that this speciality was the perfect marriage of art and science. Since graduating, Hannah has worked in a number of public hospitals in Sydney including The Children’s Hospital at Westmead where she had the opportunity to gain specific skills in treating both traumatic and congential hand and upper limb conditions/injuries in a paediatric population.

In addition to working as a hand therapist in a public health setting for the past 10 years, Hannah also has over 5 years experience working in private practice.

In 2013, 2014, 2016 and 2017 she was invited by The University of Sydney to teach the undergraduate and postgraduate Occupational Therapy elective subject ‘Rehabilitation of the Upper Limb and Hand”.

She enjoys the opportunity to learn from her colleagues and patients and is committed to providing a high standard of care.
